These terms and conditions govern your use of the Rapid Refinance website (www.rapidrefi.co.uk) and the services offered through it. By using our website or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms in full.

Rapid Refinance, Rapid Refi and Rapidrefi.co.uk are marketing brands operated by Vidvi (vidvifinanceuk.com). References to “we”, “us” and “our” mean Vidvi trading as Rapid Refinance.

Rapid Refinance acts as an independent commercial finance broker. We review your existing business facilities — business loans, asset finance, hire purchase, invoice finance and similar products — and introduce UK limited companies to lenders from our panel who may be able to provide better terms. We are not a lender and we do not issue credit.

Submitting an enquiry or accepting a written shortlist does not guarantee that finance will be offered. All lending decisions are made by the individual lenders we introduce you to. Indicative pricing shown during a review is illustrative and subject to a lender's underwriting and final terms.

Our services are intended for UK limited companies. You confirm that you are authorised to act on behalf of the company you are enquiring for and that any information you supply is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your enquiry being declined.

The initial Rapid Refinance review is free of charge. Where a finance facility is subsequently arranged, we may receive a commission or fee from the lender. Any fee payable by you will be clearly disclosed in writing before you enter into any agreement.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images and code — is the property of Vidvi or its licensors and is protected by copyright. You may view and print pages for your own non-commercial use; you may not reproduce, redistribute or modify any content without prior written consent.

While we take reasonable care to ensure information on this website is accurate and up to date, we do not warrant that it is complete or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Refinance and Vidvi shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
